Thank you for your interest in my work and approach.
At my core, I am driven by the desire to create better circumstances by working together. I firmly believe that we can achieve this when we truly get to know and understand ourselves and one another more deeply. I feel incredibly grateful that my work allows me to accompany people embarking on exactly this endavour.
Below, I’d like to give you a glimpse into the values and principles that guide my work, so you can decide whether working together feels like a good fit.
The following principles are important to the way I work.
Growth as a Collaborative Process
Whether I am working with you in a coaching session or with your team in a workshop, I approach you with curiosity, sincerity, and appreciation.
My intention is to create a space where every perspective is heard and different experiences are welcomed and valued.
Where people meet each other with respect and openness, new insights emerge, mutual understanding grows, and meaningful development becomes possible.
Self-Empowerment and Responsibility
One goal of our collaboration is to help you better understand yourself. Through this process, we can gain clarity about our needs and goals, enabling us to act in the world with greater autonomy, confidence, and empowerment.
At the same time, it is also about better understanding the people around us and the systems in which we operate. Just as these systems influence us—including their power dynamics and structures of discrimination—we also shape them through our actions.
When we cultivate understanding and connection with one another, we create the foundation for empowered and responsible action. In doing so, we can contribute to shaping our systems in a positive and sustainable way.
Solution-Oriented Approach
I enjoy working in a practical and solution-focused way. Through genuine understanding, we gain new insights and can then ask: What does this mean for our actions? Which solutions are realistic, sustainable, and effective?
At the same time, I believe it is important to create space for curiosity, openness, and the unexpected—because it is often there that we discover the solutions that make real change possible.
Together, we develop approaches that truly fit your situation.
Creative Space for Exploration
We need creativity to imagine new visions of the future. These visions are essential because they help us see what is possible and guide the direction in which we want to move.
That is why I enjoy incorporating creative techniques into my work. They allow us to playfully create, explore, experiment, make mistakes, and embrace change with openness and confidence.

My Learning Journey So Far
My approach to coaching and workshops is shaped by a combination of education, professional training, and lived experience.
I studied Philosophy and Business Administration at the University of Mannheim and later focused on Communication during my master’s degree.
Through the Erasmus program, I moved to Turkey, where I lived for six years. During that time, I experienced a profound shift in perspective and began questioning my own Eurocentric worldview.
I gained professional experience in communications, the development of anti-racist educational programs, and agile ways of collaborating through working with creative agencies, socio-cultural NGOs, and by co-founding a German-Turkish cultural platform.
Since 2019, I have been working as a freelance professional in Berlin.
As a coach and diversity trainer, I support individuals and teams in developing true communication and deeper understanding—both of themselves and of others.
I completed training as a systemic coach (Qualitätsring Coaching & Institut für Management), and as a Social Justice and Diversity Trainer (Potsdam University of Applied Sciences).
In addition, I am a professionally trained mediator and agile coach.
I work as a career coach at Frauenalia, where I accompany female migrants through coaching and training programs.
I am also part of the NEVA team, a network that supports organizations in their agile transformation processes.
Agility also plays a role in one of my favorite hobbies: improvisational theatre—a wonderful source of lightness and creativity. If desired, I enjoy incorporating exercises inspired by improv into my work.
This combination of training, experience, and personal development shapes my practice.
