If you are wondering: What is happening to our friendship and why? What can we do about it?
Then join us on our workshop!
Together we will give time and space to understand and grieve the changes within the friendship. And we will open up our minds to possibilities of transforming friendships and create bonds stronger and more resilient.

Give yourself some hours of care and relief. In a safe and intimate atmosphere we’ll make the space to finally let go and lift that stone of your chest.

Gemeinsam mit Expert*innen verschiedener Sparten biete ich Workshops und Trainings an. Für Unternehmen, Teams oder Gruppen.
In Absprache kann ich außerdem Workshops konkret auf euch zuschneiden. Meldet euch dazu.
Kreative Diversity-Workshops zur Steigerung von Selbstwirksamkeit und gemeinsamen Lern- und Gestaltungsprozessen.
In gemeinsamer Arbeit haben Tuğba Yalçinkaya (Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin für das Competence Center Gleichstellung und Diversität der Charité) ,Serap Yılmaz-Dreger (Beraterin für Organisationsstrategie bei 1789 Consulting) und ich das Workshop-Konzept: “Art & Diversity” entwickelt.
Darin nutzen wir die transformative Kraft der Kunst, um in Teams und Organisationen einen persönlichen und praxisorientierten Zugang zu Diversität zu schaffen.
Kreativ und offen setzen wir uns mit eigenen Denkmustern auseinander und gestalten gemeinsam neue Strategien – für die Arbeit, für den Alltag und für die Gesellschaft.

In Zusammenarbeit mit NEVA biete ich Weiterbildungen und Trainings für Unternehmen und Teams an, die interne Transformationsprozesse bewusst angehen wollen.
Das NEVA-Netzwerk vereint vielfältige Perspektiven und Expertisen rund um Agilität und Diversität.
Dadurch ergeben sich eine Vielzahl an praxisnahen Workshop-Angeboten und passgenaue Lösungen für unterschiedliche Herausforderungen.
