It is all about gaining clarity around our own goals and needs while also recognizing the structural and interpersonal contexts in which we act. In doing so, we can take steps toward a future both in a self-empowered and responsible way, that is truly aligned with who we are.

I am a certified systemic coach and diversity trainer.
As a career coach, I support migrant women on their professional journeys through the organization Frauenalia, and I am a member of the Network Diversity and Agility (NEVA), which strengthens companies as they undergo transformation processes.
